Capacity Development Working Group

The Capacity Development Working Group seeks to reduce the vulnerability of disadvantaged people in Vietnam by contributing to helping local organisations - whether non-governmental organisations, civil society organisations, self help groups or government bodies - to improve their recognition, performance, efficiency and social accountability through mutual learning on capacity development and encouraging initiatives on the issue.
